i2 Construction, LLP is a new breed of company, focused on reducing client risk by providing single source solutions for commercial tenant finish, office remodel and retail build-out construction needs.

Founded in April of 1999, we concentrate primarily on commercial tenant finish projects in the Denver/Boulder metropolitan area. We have completed hundreds of projects, representing several million square feet of space for some of the most prominent local, regional and Fortune 500 companies in Colorado.

Two features set i2 Construction apart from our competition. On every project it is our goal to “build outside the box” and be a resource to our clients. We manage all vendors and suppliers involved in the project, including those contracted directly with the client.  We understand a tenant finish project is not complete until all aspect (construction, voice/data cabling, furniture, security, etc) are installed, inspected and fully operational.

As a member of the Jupiter group of companies, i2 Construction, along with our sister companies are able to provide in-house single source solutions for construction (i2), flooring (OSSR Floorz), furniture (Officescapes), audio visual (ANSI) and structured cabling (LINX).
