Allan Fries has been working in commercial construction since 1975. Raised in Calgary, Alberta, Allan began his career in the oil and gas industry of northern Canada. Following graduation from Colorado State University with a degree in Industrial Construction Management, Allan worked with an ENR Top 100 contractor for over twelve years on a variety of commercial projects from Maryland to Hawaii. In 1999, Allan formed Integrated Interiors & Construction, LLP (dba: i2 Construction, LLP). Allan has ultimate accountability for all customer relationships and works closely with client accounts to ensure that customer needs are met.
Scott Farrell, LEED AP - VP Operations and Partner
Scott joined i2 Construction in early 2000 as Project Manager and has worked his way up to Vice President of Operations and is also a partner with i2 Construction. Within his role, Scott's responsibilities include ensuring that our project teams provide consistent outstanding services on every project to exceed our Client's expectations. Working with both field and office personnel, he ensures that clear and open communication is maintained throughout the project and that adequate resources are maintained by both the i2 Construction team and all subcontractors and suppliers on each project.
Michael Renella, Director of Pre-Construction Services & Partner
Michael Renella joined i2 Construction in 2005 as our Director of Estimating. Michael has worked in the commercial construction industry since 1994 providing pre-construction services on commercial projects ranging up to $14MM. Michael and his department accomplish all conceptual estimates, competitive bids and assembly of final GMP for our projects. Michael's department has developed unique tools to identify items for re-use, value engineering and cost tracking, analyzing and reporting on costs associated with alternate building systems and materials, recommend bid packages, providing advise on purchasing strategies for long lead procurement, and encourage subcontractor vendors to offer technical advice for improving building systems.
Don Gallup, Director of Field Operations
Don Gallup joined i2 Construction in 2010 as Director of Field Operations. During his 30+ year career as a commercial general contractor, company owner and developer, Don has worked on projects from Hawaii to Florida; from Invesco Field to small residential remodels. As Director of Field Operations Don’s primary responsibility is working with Scott Farrell to ensure consistent practices and communication between Superintendents in the field and Project Managers in the office. He is primarily a resource to our Field Superintendents to ensure that our projects are completed to the schedule and quality expectations of our clients.
Oliver Miles, Director of Business Development
Oliver Miles is a recent addition to the i2 Construction team, coming on board in 2011 as Director of Business Development. Oliver brings with him 12 years of marketing, brand strategy and sales leadership experience in industries ranging from healthcare to real estate. As Director of Business Development, Oliver leads all marketing initiatives while fostering existing and potential client relationships. Oliver will also leverage the i2 brand through involvement in professional and community groups, reinforcing our role as a trusted resource for a diverse group of constituents at every step of the construction process.
