Allan Fries

Allan Fries – CEO & Founder

Allan founded Integrated Interiors & Construction, LLP (dba: i2 Construction, LLP) in 1999, and has been working in commercial construction since 1975.

Raised in Calgary, Alberta, Allan began his career in the oil and gas industry of northern Canada. Following graduation from Colorado State University with a degree in Industrial Construction Management, Allan worked with an ENR Top 100 contractor for more than twelve years on a variety of commercial projects from Maryland to Hawaii.

Allan has ultimate accountability for all customer relationships and works closely with client accounts to ensure customer needs are met.

He is involved in many area civic organizations in a variety of roles, including:

 

 

 

 

Scott Farrell

Scott Farrell, LEED AP – President & Partner

Scott joined i2 in 2000 and has been working in commercial construction since 1988. He has been an integral part in the company’s growth from a variety of positions, starting as an assistant project manager and most recently serving as vice president.

Raised in Madison, Wisconsin, Scott spent 11 years managing construction projects, and during that time received his degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in Construction Engineering Management.

At i2 Construction, Scott focuses on making sure our team exceeds expectations by providing additional communication and management oversight throughout the life of the project. He takes responsibility for ensuring all communication is clear and open at all times.

Clint Schmitz

Clint Schmitz – Vice President of Business Development & Partner

Clint joined i2 Construction in 2009 as Director of Business Development and currently serves as Vice President of Business Development and Partner.

Raised near Waterloo, Iowa, Clint received his degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, and went on to work as a construction engineer for a few years.

At i2 Construction, Clint leads the sales process by building long term relationships with industry professionals and offering himself as a resource to existing and potential clients. He facilitates the growth of the relationship between the client and project team, and stays informed of the construction process long after the sales process is completed.

Clint is very involved with several community groups to ensure i2 Construction’s visibility within the business and architecture/engineering/construction communities.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nate Kugler

Nathan Kugler, LEED AP – Vice President of Operations & Partner

Nathan joined i2 Construction in 2003 and currently serves as Vice President of Operations and Partner.

He started as a project manager with i2 Construction after graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management.

Now, Nathan ensures our project team provides consistent, outstanding service to every client. He acts as an additional resource to provide crystal clear communication throughout the project, and ensures resources are used efficiently by both the i2 Construction team and any subcontractors and suppliers on the project.
