The team of Integra Construction (project management), SmithGroup Architects (design) and i2 Construction teamed up to relocate the Denver regional offices of one of the world’s preeminent engineering companies. Working on a project in Denver, with a Minneapolis-based design team and a New York-based ownership group, posed considerable logistical challenges. The PB Team was up to the task, utilizing an FTP project website and open communication to complete this three-floor tenant LEED Gold Certified project in 16 weeks.
