Specialty retail and “fast casual” restaurants have been a niche market for i2 Construction since shortly after we started business in 1999. Since their founding in 2004, i2 Construction has built-out all ten locations of Mad Greens Inspired Eats, from Lone Tree to Ft. Collins. Focusing on our philosophy that “it is easier to keep a satisfied client than find a new one” i2 Construction has also worked with Ink! Coffee on projects from Denver to Aspen since 2005. NEW BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
i2 Construction has completed a wide range of “Ground Up” / New Building construction projects for customers with needs that extend beyond the tenant finish scopes described on the previous tabs. From core and shell to warehouse and existing building addition/expansion, we’ve worked with the likes of Toyota, Coca-Cola, Blue Bell Creameries and the Greenwood Athletic Club to create built structures for a variety of uses.
