MICHAEL Renella, Director of Estimating
A Chicago native, Michael has been a professional estimator for over eight years, assembling both competitive bid and negotiated projects ranging in size from less than $100,000.00 to over $15MM. Prior to joining i2 Construction, Michael was the lead “special projects” estimator with one of Colorado’s top ten General Contractors. As Director of Estimating for i2 Construction, in addition to having overall responsibility for our Estimating Department, Michael personally heads up all pre-construction services including cost estimates, value engineering analysis and bidding strategies.
