Hogan Lovells

i2 Construction, LLP recently completed the Hogan Lovells office relocation at 1601 Wewatta Street. The new space is a representation of a well-known international practice in conjunction with a new type of working environment that will lead the company into the twenty first century. The location provides clients and employees access to downtown Denver and was a influential part of design.

i2 teamed with Cushman & Wakefield (owner’s representative/brokerage) and RNL (design) for this 2 1/2 floor, 70,000 SF, tenant improvement project. A main focal point of the space is the integral staircase that connects all three floors and a three-story light fixture. Key project elements include 165 SF offices, large break rooms with plasma screen televisions, conference rooms and an espresso bar.
