Changes Happening At i2!

The i2 team is excited to announce the promotion of Bailey Newlin, Director of Business Development, to lead the Business Development efforts for i2. Bailey joined the i2 team in April of 2021 and has made strides to diversify our portfolio of offerings for our clients while we continue to focus on tenant improvement and ground up construction in the workplace, medical, and science and technology markets across the front range. Bailey has proven to be a valuable member of our management team as well as a great connector in the Denver network.

Bailey succeeds Clint Schmitz, who has elected to pursue a dream opportunity to take the helm of his family’s construction business. We wish Clint the best of luck in his future endeavor and look forward to Bailey’s continued success with the i2 Construction team.
