i2 Construction collaborated with Tryba Architects and Brookfield Office Properties for this high-end tenant improvement project at 1801 California. As the operations headquarters for this energy production and logistics holding company the finished space features typical Class-A elements including a high-impact lobby/reception area, executive conference room and office suites, and numerous areas for team interaction/collaboration. Starting in the pre-construction phase with key contributions from i2’s team of subcontractors and vendor partners, the scheduling coordination, and tracking of long-lead materials proved to be critical to this project’s successful delivery. The end result was a collaborative building experience that delivered on the financial, timing and aesthetic goal of the client.
