i2 Construction, LLP teamed with Hein & Associates, Studio Collaborative, JLL and Transwestern on the relocation of Hein’s regional headquarters to 1999 Broadway in Denver. This 30K SF, multi-floor project was accomplished in just over 10 weeks and delivered on key budget & schedule objectives in addition to the integration of an updated corporate brand identity. Key features include numerous areas for team interaction & collaboration as well as extensive use of innovative color/materials that maximize natural light and leverage expansive views. The resulting space leaves a lasting impression on employees and clients alike, reinforcing core company values (Continuous Growth, Honesty & Integrity, Personal Responsibility and Respect) throughout.
