i2 Completes Mutual of Omaha Bank Relocation

In early 2014, i2 Construction relocated Mutual of Omaha Bank’s Cherry Creek branch and administrative offices to the Atrium Place building in the DTC. This 15,000 SF project was completed in approximately 10 weeks with key project contributions from MAH Architectural Group (design), NAI Shames Makovsky (tenant brokerage) and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (landlord brokerage). Thanks to Mutual of Omaha Bank and our strategic partners, subcontractors and the i2 team for making this a successful project!
