Job Opening – Preconstruction Manager
Integrated Interiors & Construction, LLP d/b/a i2 Construction, LLP, located at 15690 Parkerhouse Rd., Unit 2, Parker, CO 80134, seeks Preconstruction Manager for the following duties: Assist in procuring work. Business deal administration and conducting of interviews. Administration of the Project Preconstruction Team. Estimate preparation and presentation. Owner/Architect relationship management. Subcontractor and Supplier solicitation. Risk Management. Interact with Operations Personnel. Interact with Corporate and other group Preconstruction Personnel. Requires Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction-related field from an accredited U.S. College or University. Requires seven (7) years of experience in preconstruction estimating on commercial remodel and renovation projects related to tenant finish, laboratory remodel, and building upgrade projects. Requires verifiable knowledge, skills, and/or expertise related to customer interaction; interview and relationship building; interview involvement; and development and use of visual aids during the interview process. Requires technical writing abilities, including proficiency in written technical communications and the ability to prepare Requests for Information (RFI’s); Requests for Proposals (RFP’s); cost analysis assessments; value engineering research and options; and technical presentations. Requires proficiency with the use of the following software: Sage Timberline; Bluebeam; On-Screen; Take-off; Excel; Microsoft Project; and Panterra Bid Software. Must be able to provide examples of past estimates, as well as current references to verify minimum requirements.
