i2 Construction was the negotiated general contractor for KSL Capital Partners office relocation to 100 Saint Paul Street in Cherry Creek. The 17,000 square foot high-end office space includes a high volume of DIRTT walls with millwork’s wood “bird’s nest” lattice feature, large board room, break room, floating wood ceiling clouds, LED lighting, snowsound panels and a tech table.
