i2 Construction was selected as the general contractor for Marketo’s brand new headquarters, located at 707 17th St. in Denver. The project was designed by DLR. The project included three floors of renovations at approximately 77,000 SF of flexible training and conference rooms, executive offices areas, and open office space.
