i2 Construction was the general contractor for Martin Marietta’s 1 1/2 floor tenant finish project in Lakewood, Colorado.The $1.8M project included a open floor plan, offices along the exterior walls with IE Connect demountable office front systems. A truck dock bay that was converted to an outside patio with an exterior garage door that opens the breakroom up to the patio. Teamed with Kestrel Architecture (Design) and Task PM (Project Management) this project was delivered on time and within the owner’s desired budget.
