November 2013 Staff Announcement

i2 Construction is pleased to announce the following additions to our team:

PAUL NEWBERRY joins i2 as Project Manager after spending the last 7 years with a Wisconsin-based general contractor. Originally from Freeport, Illinois, Paul has a degree in Industrial Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin Platteville. Past construction experience includes project management, estimating and sales for T.I., building addition and new construction projects in the office, retail, industrial and healthcare sectors.

THOMAS MARTINEZ joins i2 as a Project Superintendent with over 14 years of field experience, most recently for a Top 400 ENR Construction and Engineering firm. Key client experience includes Exempla Lutheran Hospital, Exempla Good Samaritan Hospital, Sports Authority Field, and the Hyatt Denver, to name a few.

LARS BILDMAN joins i2 in the area of Pre-Construction Services with over 8 years of commercial real estate experience ranging from asset and fund management to estimating and project management. A recent transplant from Manhattan, Lars’ role at i2 will encompass working with project teams, subcontractors and clients to provide pricing solutions for all construction activities.

MARK PECKHAM joins i2 as a Project Superintendent with over 20 years of construction field experience. Mark has provided on-site supervision for numerous tenant improvement and core and shell projects over the course of his career, from large scale government (Colorado Correctional Facility) and hospitality (Sheraton Hotel) to restaurant, retail and office (Qdoba, Larkburger, Salvation Army).

COURTNEY SCHERER joins i2 as Office Manager after working recently in a similar role with an area contractor supplier. Courtney is a native of Colorado and currently lives in Denver.
