Every project is treated as if it were our own. Our founder, Allan Fries, dreamed of starting a construction company from a young age. With an entrepreneurial drive, Alan searched the shelves of Tattered Cover Bookstore for materials to use for his “create a business plan”, and his interest was sparked, leading to the founding of i2 Construction in 1999. Scott Farrell, the current president, was hired shortly after, and i2 Construction was established. Scott discovered his passion for construction and entrepreneurship at seven years old when he started pushing brooms at his father’s design-build construction company. Together, this duo has grown the company into what it is today. We are now one of the top commercial general construction companies based in Colorado, known for our quality, attention to detail, and superior client experiences in projects. Alongside our exceptional managers and staff, we have built a reputation for being a welcoming place to work and do business with. A shared vision of continued success for years to come.
