i2 Construction collaborated with Cresa Partners and Davis Wince, Ltd. on the relocation of ADES corporate headquarters. The 26,500 SF office features a 100-person dividable conference room, break areas, a welcoming reception area and an executive board room in addition to private and open offices. Shortly after project completion, the ADES team drew from their previous positive experience and again engaged i2 for the negotiated upgrade of a 16,000 SF industrial space into a state-of-the-art R&D and office facility for their laboratory group. Located near their new corporate headquarters, this recently completed project combines technical aspects such as fume hoods and an upgraded mechanical package with an overall level of finish that benefits their brand and culture. Our latest project was a lease renewal and rebranding project. This 20,000 SF project included 15,000 SF of research lab space which incorporated technical mechanical components, restricting of electrical, and new office rebranding to meet their corporate brand & culture.
