i2 Construction was selected as the negotiated CM/GC for CHFA’s corporate headquarters renovation and base building systems overhaul. Located in the heart of LoDo, CHFA temporarily moved out of the facility to allow the i2 team to complete construction activities in a single phase. Teamed with OZ Architecture and JLL, the renovation transformed CHFA’s workplace to become more efficient and align with their current brand while investing heavily in window replacements/updates and base building mechanical and electrical systems to support this CHFA-owned facility with long term performance and durability in mind.
