i2 Construction teamed with IA | Interior Architects (design) and Catalyst Planning Group (project management) for the 25,000 SF relocation of Emerald Oil’s headquarters to 200 Columbine in the heart of Cherry Creek North. This approximately $2.5M first generation space TI included private offices, workstations, conference rooms, “war rooms”, IDF/MDF closets, and multiple break areas for this independent exploration and production company. Delivered as the base building was reaching construction completion (and requiring close coordination with the core and shell general contractor: PCL), all key budget and schedule objectives were successfully achieved for this project.
