Delivering Efficiency & Value for GeoTech’s 124,000 SF Relocation

Following competitive bidding and providing extensive value engineering, i2 Construction was awarded the 124,000 SF corporate relocation of GeoTech to this corporate office/plastics manufacturing facility in Douglas County. The project involved 40,000 SF of office space and 84,000 SF of warehouse space. i2 not only worked with our own subcontractors but with an extensive group of owner contracted vendors. i2 Construction was able to value engineer several hundred thousands of dollars out of the project while still meeting the schedule and facility performance requirements of the owner.
