i2 Construction was the general contractor for Hogan Lovells office relocation at 1601 Wewatta Street. Hogan Lovells Denver office encompasses one of the largest legal practices in the Rocky Mountain region. The space represents a new type of working environment that leads the company into the 21^st century. i2 teamed with RNL Design for this 2 1/2 floor, 70,000 SF, tenant improvement project. Key project elements for this leading law firm include an integral stair that connects all three floors, a three-story light fixture, and Class A-level finishes throughout.
