i2 construction was the general contractor for the buildout for Prologis at the Dairy Block on 1800 Wazee Street. This project included interior construction of tenant leasehold improvements on a portion of the 4th Floor, the entire 5th and 6th Floors. The space boasts high-end finishes throughout the conference rooms, private offices, open collaborative areas, huddle rooms, and coffee/breakroom. The goal of Prologis’ design was to create a modern environment that would bring people together. They aimed for an atmosphere that was casual and encouraged connection while also being functional and sophisticated.
