i2 Construction completed the space for Sherman & Howard on floors 23 and 24 in the brand-new Block 162 building in downtown Denver. i2 was the first interior general contractor in the building. Sherman & Howard’s first-generation space boasts beautiful high-end finishes, private offices, huddle rooms, training area, conference rooms, wellness room, interconnecting stair, library, social spaces, and café/breakroom.
