Advocating for and Meeting Uncle 2.0’s Needs from Day One

Uncle 2.0 is a first generation space with another repeat client. i2 Construction was brought on board the same day as the architect to help advocate expectations and to ensure all the client’s needs were met for the project. i2 worked hand in hand with the core & shell general contractor to make sure that the restaurant opened on the same day the building opened. The restaurant has many high-end finishes including a major millwork package.
