Crafting a Space for all of United Urology’s Needs

i2 Construction was awarded to be the general contractor on United Urology’s Lone Tree office. This project is a first-generation space consisting of a 12,000 SF clinic and an 8,000 SF ambulatory surgery center. This clinic includes 16 exam rooms, seven restrooms, two ultrasound rooms, and one pharmacy room. The surgery center consists of two procedure rooms, an operating room, nurse station, prep recovery rooms, break room, and other specialized rooms.
