i2 Construction was selected as the general contractor for Xactly’s multi-floor build out at 1125 17th St with an interconnecting stair. The client’s design incorporated high-end finishes with a heavy focus on comfortable huddle rooms and multi-use spaces to foster an energetic and collaborative culture as a recruitment and retention tool. We partnered with CBRE (project management) and Abel Design (design), i2 provided construction services to accommodate the company’s needs as they grow. We have completed additional work with Xactly since their original buildout.
