Sheraton Hotel DTC

i2 Construction collaborated with Due Diligence Advisors and Morris Design Studio on a phased renovation of the ground floor Link Café at the Sheraton Hotel in the Denver Tech Center. i2 coordinated the following sensitive aspects of the project:

  • Relocating admin office staff and hotel General Manager
  • Relocating AVIS to allow for Link Café space
  • Maintaining presentable appearance and ensuring zero disruption of hotel business throughout construction

For the Admin Offices, i2 generated a fast track schedule to upgrade the administrative offices at the Sheraton hotel. This project was phased to start prior to the construction of the Link Café and primarily entailed carpet and paint upgrades.

In addition to the Café & Admin Offices, i2 oversaw the installation of a mechanical roof screen above the hotel’s administrative offices. This project included code upgrades to gas piping and re-routing of electrical conduit to allow for the screen install. Coordination of site safety for all hoisting/rigging around the guest parking lot during construction was critical.
