i2 Construction, LLP teamed with Thermo Fisher Scientific and Burkett Design on the consolidation of Dharmacon’s RNAi technology laboratory and cryogenic storage facility in Lafayette, Colorado. Located adjacent to Thermo Fisher’s existing office space near the Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center, the new lab/freezer storage area consolidates three existing locations into one efficient facility. With extensive value engineering and evaluation, as well as outstanding subcontractor relationships and previous project experience, i2 Construction and our business partners successfully completed the project on budget with no adverse impact on the on-going operations of the parent company.
