UC Denver ESL Academy

i2 Construction was the negotiated CM/GC for the construction and subsequent expansion to UC Denver’s—English Second Language Academy in downtown Denver. Working with the initial tenant (RNL Design), the building management and the future tenant (UCD—ESL), the team worked within a very constrained budgets and timeframes to deliver the project on-time and within the required budget. i2 Construction has maintained and continued our collaborative relationship with UCD and ESL, having since completed a second expansion/remodel of their space in 2013.
